Cookie policy

1. Operator and purpose

This policy covers elneia.com. The operator is identified in Company details; contact: info@elneia.com. Cookies are records stored in your browser. This notice also addresses similar technologies, including measurement scripts and pixels.

2. Your choice

Complianz offers Accept all, Reject optional and Settings. Necessary storage supports basic operation and remembers your choice. Under the current configuration, statistics require consent. Rejection does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. Cookie settings lets you change or withdraw consent later; choices are configured for 365 days. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

3. Necessary preference storage

ELNEIA uses Complianz to manage preference cookies on elneia.com, path /. The following identifiers have a configured lifetime of up to 365 days, which may restart when your choice changes. They are used according to the choice made and services used.

cmplz_banner-status — Whether the banner has been addressed.
cmplz_policy_id — The notice version associated with your choice.
cmplz_functional — Permission for necessary functionality.
cmplz_preferences — Preference-category choice, where used.
cmplz_statistics — Statistics permission or rejection.
cmplz_marketing — Marketing permission state; the identifier alone does not mean advertising runs.
cmplz_consented_services — Individual service choices, where used.

These identifiers store choices, not the content of your enquiry. A technical marketing-category setting does not mean the site uses advertising tags. Signed-in editors may use additional WordPress login and security cookies, which differ from an ordinary signed-out visit.

4. Statistics and providers

WordPress.com/Jetpack statistics and performance measurement (stats.wp.com, pixel.wp.com, bilmur.min.js) belong to the Statistics category. These are scripts or pixels, not cookie names. Statistics and performance scripts are blocked before consent. With consent, Automattic may receive an IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referrer and visit time. Automattic states approximately 30 days for IP addresses in statistics logs; this is not a cookie lifetime. Details: https://automattic.com/privacy-notice/ and https://automattic.com/cookies/.

5. Deletion and links

You may delete cookies through your browser settings. This can remove your saved choice and cause the banner to reappear. Links to external portals lead to services with their own rules; their cookies are not automatically ELNEIA cookies. The Privacy policy explains data, legal bases, transfers and rights. Changing consent stops future enabling of optional technologies; you can also remove cookies already stored through your browser.

6. Updates

We update the policy and settings when the technologies used change. Last updated and effective: 8 October 2026.
